Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB)
The Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) in St. Augustine plays a crucial role in preserving the city's historic resources. HARB advises on maintenance and protection, reviews applications for Certificates of Appropriateness (COA), Certificates of Demolition or Relocation, and designates historic landmarks. They also review applications for the historic preservation property tax exemption. Meetings are typically the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1 PM in the Alcazar Room.
