The Financial Services Department serves the community of St. Augustine by safeguarding the City’s assets, maximizing the use of City revenue and efficiently providing accurate and timely information to the City Commission, City Manager, and the general public.  

The Customer Service Lobby located at 50 Bridge Street is open to the public from 7:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.  The drive-thru located at 50 Bridge Street is open from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Department Responsibilities

As such, it is this department’s responsibility to plan for the City’s future financial needs and to implement responsible fiscal strategies for the City’s operation. In addition to Administration, and Accounting, the Financial Services Department has oversight of the Customer Service Division.
