How do I find my zoning district? 

1. Follow the link to our City Zoning Map 
2. Enter your address within the top left search bar and select the address being searched. 
3. The zoning information will appear including the zoning district, future land use, special flood hazard areas and the community redevelopment area. 
4. To learn more about the zoning district select "View" next to Municode or visit here. 

How do I submit for a Zoning Verification Letter?

Zoning Verification Letters can now be request via our portal.

Zoning Verification Letters will include: 

1. Zoning Information
2. Land Use Designation.
3. Code Enforcement Cases (if applicable).
4. Planning and Zoning Board Cases (if applicable).
5. Planning and Zoning Board Information (if applicable).

Note: Additional information can be provided if requested during the submittal under the "Description of Request" box.
