Water Treatment

VThe city water treatment facilities are composed of the Lime Softening Water Treatment PlantWorkers working on a Water Distribution System (WTP) and the Low Pressure Reverse Osmosis (LPRO) WTP which together have a 6.5 million gallons per day capacity, the Wellfield, and the North and South Tank Facilities. The water distribution system is comprised of over 200 miles of distribution mains ranging in size from 2 to 20 inches and over 13,000 potable water customers.
