ADA-Accessible Shuttles and Service Animals

Our shuttle fleet is ADA compliant. Only trained service animals (as defined by the ADA) are permitted onboard; pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.

During the high-demand Nights of Lights season, please be aware that not all shuttles are equipped with wheelchair lifts/ramps. Due to increased passenger volume, you may experience a wait time while we dispatch an ADA-accessible shuttle to your location. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to accommodate all guests.
