Face of the CityMadison Riccio Kenny, St. Augustine Municipal Marina DockhandIn celebration of Coastal Cleanup Day, we are featuring Madison Kenny, CityStAug Municipal Marina Dockhand, as this week’s #FaceOfTheCity! As a Dockhand, Madison is responsible for keeping the Marina tidy and clean, including collecting trash she may find in the water. Her job also includes tying vessels, fueling boats, helping guests make reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Madison is originally from Rhode Island and worked at Martha’s Vineyard as an Assistant Dockmaster. Even though she is far from home, Madison enjoys getting to see her customers at both Marinas! “I am a Junior at Flagler College, working towards my BA in business and industrial psychology. The City has been a great place to work while I’m going through school!” said Madison. “I love living in Florida and am hoping to make a career out of working for the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.” Outside of work and school, Madison enjoys boating, singing, paddle boarding, and traveling. “Being near the ocean makes me happy, which is why I love where I am and what I do,” said Madison. "However, I miss my nana and grandfather, and am working hard to make them proud!”
