Impact of configuration and usefulness to be considered
The temporary multi-use pathway project on South St. started in early November and now the city and the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area Steering Committee needs the community’s feedback before considering the installation of a permanent lane or sidewalk in its place.
The first phase of the project was to develop a temporary multi-use pathway within the right-of-way on South St. to demonstrate its possibility and to provide the public an opportunity to experience the pathway. Now, the community is being asked to provide feedback regarding its configuration and the use of the pathway.
The delineated pedestrian and bike lane runs along the north side of the street the full length from Riberia St. to Maria Sanchez Lake.
