Next up for entry corridor design standards update: San Marco Ave.
Public meeting starts entry corridor design standards review
On the heels of completing the update of the entry corridor design standards for Anastasia Blvd., the Planning and Building Department is moving on with the same process for San Marco Ave., the second of three such reviews. The third entry corridor is King St. which will be addressed after San Marco Ave.
The review process for San Marco Ave. begins with a public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 17 at 6:00pm, in The Alcazar Room, City Hall, 75 King St. The public is encouraged to attend and participate in this important meeting.
This is an opportunity for the public to meet the design and planning team who will be available to answer questions and offer details about the scope of the work and the process.
For those who wish to offer their input immediately, there is a quick and easy online survey available. The goal of the survey is to gather general comments and feedback about the vision for San Marco Ave. and identify specific areas of concern for individual buildings and for adjacent businesses and institutions.
