Work Request Form

My request may be declined. I do not have a work order guarantee until I receive a written confirmation email from the St. Augustine Public Works Department." Click the submit button to send your request to the Public Works Department. Upon approval or denial of your work request, you will receive an email at the email address provided with this request. Processing your request, depending on the complexity of the work, can take anywhere from 3 days to two weeks. Please allow ample time for us to respond.
